Description:
A personal project completed using a full AAA High-Poly to Low-Poly workflow. The goal was to achieve maximum realism and performance balance.
High-Poly Detail: Modeled with 5.079 Million Tris (Blender Hard Surface).
Optimized Low-Poly: Final Game-Ready mesh is just 50,382 Tris.
Texturing: 4K UDIM PBR Textures (Substance Painter) focused on realistic wear and dual material calibration for Unreal/Marmoset.
Rendering: Final presentation done in Blender Cycles.
I focused heavily on optimization and preserving the high-poly detail through the bake process. The entire production time, from modeling to final render, took only 9 hours and 56 minutes.
